Characteristic of Product
Tempered glass: It is a heat-treated strengthened glass, with a compressed layer on its surface manufactured by heating up flat glass to a temperature around 700 C and then blowing air on to its surface, quenching it down swiftly and uniformly. The heat strengthened is manufactured by controlling the tensile stress from heat treatment process. Our tempered glass can withstand impacts more than 3 times higher than ordinary glass, thus resisting breakage. By the virtue of the heat treatment employed also has had its structures so realigned that it would take the form of small, blunt pieces in case of breakage, thus, prevent injuries from cuts or impact.
