Characteristic
of Product
Laminated Glass: Two layers of the glass bonded together by a tough,
pliable and invisible layer of Polyvinylbutyral (PVB). Hence, in case
that something strikes the glass exceeding impact force, it may well
break, but the PVB will not be penetrate, preventing the object going
through the pane. It will also hold the broken glass in place so that
there are no sharp or protruding edges to hurt you or your family.
In addition, the PVB film used the laminated safety glass is clear
and free from discoloration. It will not blister. Thus, the clarity
and transparency of the laminated safety glass is maintained. Outstanding
features of laminated glass can offer varying degree of security in
addition to personal safety, as they are difficult for intruders to
break through. |

Characteristic
of Product
Tempered glass: It is a heat-treated strengthened glass, with a compressed
layer on its surface manufactured by heating up flat glass to a temperature
around 700 C and then blowing air on to its surface, quenching it
down swiftly and uniformly. The heat strengthened is manufactured
by controlling the tensile stress from heat treatment process. Our
tempered glass can withstand impacts more than 3 times higher than
ordinary glass, thus resisting breakage. By the virtue of the heat
treatment employed also has had its structures so realigned that it
would take the form of small, blunt pieces in case of breakage, thus,
prevent injuries from cuts or impact. |
